These Terms of Service govern your use of https://www.xmost.com and XMOST AI services. By using them, you agree to these terms. You must be at least 18 and legally able to enter into an agreement. If you act for an organization, you must have authority to bind it. A separate written agreement with us takes precedence where it conflicts with these terms.

4. Your content and AI output

You retain any rights you hold in the content you submit. You authorize us to process that content as needed to provide the services and as described in our Privacy Policy and any applicable service agreement. AI output may be inaccurate, incomplete, or similar to output provided to others. You are responsible for reviewing output before using or relying on it. We do not guarantee that output is unique or free of third-party rights.

5. Fees

If you purchase paid services, the fees, billing terms, and any refund conditions disclosed when you purchase or in your written agreement apply. You are responsible for agreed charges and applicable taxes. This website alone does not establish pricing or a service-level commitment.

6. Our rights and third-party services

XMOST AI retains its rights in the website and services, excluding your content and materials owned by others. Third-party models, software, and linked services remain subject to their owners’ terms. Access to our services does not transfer ownership of those materials to you.

7. Availability and suspension

Features and model availability may change. We may restrict or suspend access when reasonably necessary to address misuse, security risks, legal requirements, or a material breach of these terms. You may stop using the services at any time; obligations already incurred remain subject to the applicable agreement.

8. Disclaimers and liability

To the extent permitted by law, the website and services are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of accuracy, uninterrupted availability, or fitness for a particular purpose. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the services. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or limits consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
